GetyStore is an e-commerce platform operated by our company. This policy explains how we handle information for store owners, their staff, and shoppers who use stores hosted on our platform.
Account details (name, email, phone), store and business details you provide, order and transaction records needed to operate your store, and technical data such as IP address, device/browser information and basic usage logs (including admin login activity) used for security and support.
To create and run your store, process orders and payments, send order and account notifications, provide customer support, keep the platform secure, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay and UPI apps. Card and bank details are handled by those providers under their own security and privacy terms; GetyStore does not store full payment credentials.
We share information only as needed to run the service — for example with payment processors, hosting and communication providers — or where required by law. Each store’s data is kept isolated from other stores.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and audit logging, to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
You can access or update your account information from your dashboard, request deletion of your data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Store owners are responsible for their shoppers’ data within their own stores.
